6th ave and west 4th is home to a row of tattoo parlors and the like, comparable to west 8th between 6th and 5th. There is always activity around there (and always cops). Once my friend and i saw a guy who was drinking a beer while he walked get his beer snatched and was up against a building being cuffed thanks to this female cop before he even knew what was going on. It was so quick!
